We do handle returns on a case by case basis. It is obviously easier to accept returns from our local customers and much more difficult when there are shipping companies involved. We do have a restocking fee on all accepted returns of 15% and the cost of return shipping via the same shipper in the same condition is the responsibility of the customer.
