Entirely crafted by hand about 1940, a pair of end or bedside tables or nightstands are walnut, expertly inlaid with countless pieces of maple, mahogany and birch to form a geometric marquetry pattern that is almost three dimensional.
The finish is excellent on all sides with warm patina. Drawers have embossed brass pulls. This is not factory furniture, these vintage pieces were created by a skilled artisan cabinetmaker. Size is 15" x 15" and 26 1/2" tall.
