This extremely comfortable pair of armchairs has the original mohair upholstery. Carved birch frames with clawfeet have a golden brown finish that is excellent. The mohair upholstery is almost like new, in amazing condition for vintage furniture chairs dating from about 1940.
The seating angle makes these chairs very comfortable, and the springs are soft but still supportive. Both seat and back cushions are removable, and the double cane sides and backs are in great condition except for one spot on one chair - see photo. Frames are very solid, and dimensions are 33" wide, 34" deep and 32" tall.
