Hand-made of figured solid cherry about 1830 in New England, this four drawer chest or dresser is in beautiful condition. The old finish is excellent, the drawers have tiny hand-cut dovetails and fit and slide smoothly. Honest straightforward Yankee craftsmanship is evident everywhere on this antique - even the back is paneled and hand planed.
