This Victorian circa 1895 chest or dresser has a serpentine front and the beautiful shimmering wood is actually "tiger" grain birch, but it looks like mahogany. The top is solid tiger maple.
The finish is excellent, and the lavish brasses are original. Drawers are dovetailed and have bird's eye maple bottoms.
Size is 49" long, 24" deep and 33" tall.
