A lovely Victorian triple screen is solid cherry wood, and the original embossed leather panels have floral and vine motifs. The original finish is in amazingly fine condition, and this remarkable screen dates from the 1870's.
There are several repairs to the subtly shaded leather, and some damage to the backsides, see photos. The inset hinges allow the panels to fold either direction on this charming American antique furniture.
Measurements of the center panel are 22" wide, 1 1/2" thick, and 5' 9 1/2" tall, the two side panels are the same but 5'7" high. H-S1884 |
