This magnificent Art Deco back bar or display cabinet has stained and beveled glass doors with an Italian green marble serving area. Entirely original, the glowing mahogany finish is very well preserved on this luxurious antique.
The mirror is beveled, embossed brasses are original, and drawers are hand dovetailed. All of the subtle details are hand-carved in solid mahogany, sides are paneled. There are minor mars to add a little character and patina. The curved center section is graceful, with a beveled mirror at the back. We see only tiny cracks at the corners of hand-leaded glass in the doors.
Made in the 1920's this sophisticated furniture shows Art Nouveau influence as well. It disassembles for easier moving, and measurements are 6 1/2' wide, 22" deep and 7'9" tall. I-B2212 |
