   This British pewter Jardiniere or wine cooler is in the Welsh Hat form after the headgear of the Welsh Guard. There is a hallmark on the rim said to be by H.H. Cotterell, dating from around 1800 during the Georgian period. The base is dented and there is a leak nearby, we have attempted no restoration. Size is 12" in diameter and 8" tall.
