Dating from the late 1800's, a cast iron Victorian balance scale has a sliding weight. Numbers go up to about 22 lbs., but the end is engraved "100," so by using one or the other of the bottom hooks, it may have 2 different scale readings. Size is 21" wide and 12" tall.
