Hand carved about 1840, this country Windsor armchair is elm and oak. The rugged design and a few old repairs make this furniture usable for another century.
The finish is very good with exceptional warmth and patina on this comfortable antique chair, the comfortably sculpted seat is carved from a single block of elm hardwood.
Said to be from New England, size is 22" wide, 23" deep, 34" tall and the seat is 16" high.
