Made for a watchmaker about 1890, a Victorian workbench is stool height. Small parts drawers and a cubby hole for tools made this very functional furniture.
There is a gallery around the top to keep small parts from rolling away. Well worn, there is lots of character - stains and mars from a century's use. Lower drawers have been rebuilt.
The finish is very fine on all sides of this rugged American antique, size is 40" wide, 19" deep and 37" tall.
