This spectacular hand-carved dining or library table has the look of the Renaissance under Henry VIII. Actually hand-made of solid walnut about 1900, the bold trestle base is impressive. The top and pull-out extensions are created with blocks of walnut set in a parquet checkerboard pattern.
Proportions are grand and well balanced, the finish is excellent on this imposing antique furniture. Size is 42" wide, 6' 6" long when closed and 12' 6" long when open. It is 31" tall.
