A simple and classic Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak desk is quartersawn matched grain oak, sometimes called "tiger oak."
The finish is very fine on all sides, and there is lots of character and patina - stains, mars and wear from almost a century's use.
There are two pull-out shelves and a file drawer, all deep drawers are dovetailed.
Authentic antique American furniture from about 1915, size is 4' 7" long, 34" deep, 30" tall, the kneehole is 21" wide and 24" high.
