Salvaged from an oak French bed, this hand-carved pair of side rails dates from about 1890. The original finish has been polished and is in excellent condition, enhancing the marks left by the hand tools of a master carver in northwest France.

Useful as an architectural valance or cornice, these antique fragments measure 75" long, 2" deep and 6" wide.
