Carved of solid walnut about 1870, a stately Victorian period armoire or wardrobe is in beautiful condition. Doors have hand grained burl panels and working locks.
Inside are old shelves and dividers that are removable, new shelves or a closet pole could be installed if desired.
The glossy finish is excellent with warm antique patina and a few mars and shrinkage separations for a little character. This American furniture can be disassembled for moving. Large lower drawers are dovetailed.
Measurements are 86" tall, 65" wide, and 22 1/2" deep. Interior depth for each section is 18" deep, and 29" wide.
