A sleek cherry Midcentury Modern armoire dates from about 1940. The original polished finish is very fine with small mars at the edges, see photos.
Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its rich luster. This sophisticated vintage furniture from Scandinavia shows Art Deco influence, especially in the exquisitely hand carved panels.
A lock and key secure the interlocking curved doors. Inside are removable shelves and sockets where a closet pole could be installed, the interior could be configured as desired.
This stylish cabinet can be disassembled, size is 52' wide, 25" deep and 6' 2 1/2" tall.
