A pair of solid quarter sawn oak curio display or collector cabinets are all original from about 1895. Deep and warm, the finish is in very fine condition with warm patina and minor mars at the edges. The understated Acanthus leaf carving and delicate moldings are beautiful. Brasses have faces, locks and keys still work.
All glass panes have a wide bevel, the back interior is mirrored. Plate glass shelves have polished edges, adjustable on brass rod supports. Lower drawers have hand cut dovetail joints on this superior quality American made furniture.
Dimensions are 38 1/2" wide, 17" deep and 6' tall.
