Statue of Mozart, NY 1880 era Antique

This detailed statue of the composer Mozart dates from about 1880, and is cast in spelter metal, an alloy similar to pewter.
The only flaws we see are hairline cracks at the ankles, but this sculpture has not been broken and is strong. An illegible signature on the bottom includes "NY" plus initials, but the maker remains uncertain.
Height of this antique is 14" and the base is 5 1/4" diameter.
