Hand crafted about 1870, this rustic country pine dry sink shows cut square nail heads. The old finish is very well preserved with warm antique patina and lots of stains and shrinkage separations from age for character.
Waxed and buffed, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its luster. The back of this primitive American made furniture is rough sawn.
Originally used as a kitchen sink with water carried in from a well, size is 43 1/2" wide, 18" deep and 29 1/2" tall.
