From the late Victorian or Eastlake period around 1880, this solid walnut pedestal dining table has six leaves with matching skirts or aprons.
The gleaming finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture.
The carved pedestal "splits" to extend, a hidden center leg supports the top. Leaves are 12" wide, they fit and match very well. Wood wheels are replica replacements.
Measurements are 44" square, 29" tall, legroom is 25 1/2" underneath, and with all six leaves in place, length is 9' 8" overall.
