Spectacular hand carved motifs of knights, lion paws and heraldic crests are three dimensional on this Spanish Colonial cabinet. This remarkable workmanship is signed by Jesus Ballester Sanchis of Valencia, Spain.
Dating from the 1930's or 40's, the original gleaming finish is in excellent condition on fruitwood, with a few mars on the very top. Hardware, locks and wrought iron braces are original. The interior is lined with glass and mirror, there is an automatic light that comes on when the door is opened. Drawers are dovetailed on this traditional vintage furniture.
