This chest or dresser was crafted about 1885 during the late Victorian or Eastlake period, and would also be an interesting vessel sink vanity.
Solid ash and oak, the satiny finish is excellent with warm patina and just enough mars and stains for antique character. Drawers have "pin and cove" round dovetail joints and original hardware on this American made furniture. The original beveled mirror has lots of "smoke" to show its age, if this is not charming, it could be replaced or resilvered if desired.
Measurements are 43" wide, 20" deep, 74" tall including the removable swivel mirror and the top is 32" high.
