Country French 1820's Antique Oak Server, Sideboard or Buffet

An authentic Country French sideboard, server or buffet was hand carved of solid fine grained oak about 1820. The finish is in excellent condition on this European antique furniture.

Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints, the case has wooden pegs at the joints. Iron locks still work with 2 large keys. Panels are raised, fine detailing is artistic. Every surface is hewn and hand planed. There are shrinkage separations from age and one of the lift off hinge finials is missing, see photos.

Measurements are 57 1/2" wide, 19 1/2" deep and 42" tall.
