Signed by famous maker "Romweber" in the 1960's, this carved oak executive or library desk chair has an excellent deep finish. The adjustable swivel and tilt mechanism is tight, ball bearing wheels are replacements.
Romweber has made furniture for the White House and is known for unique designs and top quality. Deeply carved, the frame is tight and strong. Original faux leather and fabric upholstery is in very fine condition with a little wear on the arms (see photos) and brass nailhead trim.
Measurements are 24" wide, 24" deep, 35" tall and the seat is 20" high as shown, adjustable up and down. The matching desk and lateral file cabinet in photos are priced and sold separately, call or email for availability.
