Signed by famous maker, "Macey," about 1910, a set of five stacking lawyer's or barrister's bookcases have original coppery patinated hardware.
The deep finish on birch hardwood is restored, interiors are original with a little wear for antique character. There are small shrinkage separations from age, see photos. The top and the base section with a drawer are separate stacking pieces on this American made library furniture.
Books up to 10" wide fit, two sections are 10" tall inside and three are 12" tall. Overall dimensions are 34" wide, 13" deep and 77 1/2" high.
