Signed by famous maker "Romweber," this 10 piece dining set is as close to mint as they come. Exotic olive ash burl and fruitwood accents the lavish carving and graceful lines of this palatial set. It includes a table with 2 matching leaves, 6 chairs with the original fabric, a long sideboard with a large wall mirror, and a china cabinet with convex glass.
Everything is original, the gleaming finish is almost perfect in a warn golden honey finish. The chairs are completely solid, and this set looks like it just came from the showroom, but actually dates from the 1950's.
Table dimensions are 29 1/2" tall, 45" wide, and 64" long when closed, and the two 15" leaves with aprons extend the table to almost 8' total length. The 2 armchairs are 25" wide, 24" deep and 44" tall, the 4 side chairs are 21" wide, 23" deep and 43" tall. Sideboard measurements are 5'10" long, 22" deep and 34 1/2" tall, there is a velvet lined silver drawer. The intricately carved wall mirror is 55" wide and 40" tall. The breakfront china cabinet has shelves with plate grooves and measures 4'11" wide, 16" deep and 6'8" tall.
