This one door armoire has clean simple lines and dates from about 1840. Hand made of pine, this wardrobe disassembles for moving, and has a fairly modern rosy red "crackle" finish. Hand planed and dovetailed joinery show its age. There are mars, shrinkage cracks and chips that give it authentic antique "character," and this piece is very solid and usable. Empty inside, this armoire could be fitted for hangers, an entertainment center, or for kitchen or toy storage. Measurements are 43" wide, 21" deep, and 6'7" tall.
