This graceful armoire or entertainment center is signed "Bernhardt," one of America's great furniture makers. The deep moldings and carved crest lend the aura of European country elegance. The golden oak, accented with gold carvings and burled door panels, has a like new finish with almost no wear, and this armoire is just a few years old.
The upper section is removable for delivery, and includes 2 drawers and an adjustable shelf for a TV. The lower section has 6 large dovetailed drawers. The doors are double hinged to swing out of the way, and have mirrors on the inside. Heavy brass hardware is all original, and this piece makes a magnificent statement.
