This glowing cherrywood desk has original wavy glass doors in the upper bookcase, and is charming and functional. The dropfront opens, revealing compartments inside. Drawers are dovetailed, and this handmade antique desk has loads of storage using very little floorspace.
Solid furniture dating from about 1840, this desk was expertly constructed. The roughsawn back is attached with square nails, and the bookcase is removable for delivery. Size is 37" wide, 20" deep and 6'2" tall, when open, the front of the writing surface is 32" above the floor.
