This Victorian carved oak bookcase dates from about 1895, and has three separate sections with adjustable shelves. The wavy glass and brasses are all original, and the three lower drawers are dovetailed.
The rich brown finish is also original, with remarkably little wear for its age. The interior is a contrasting golden maple. This antique bookcase shows the artistry of the late Victorian period, and dimensions of this historic furniture piece is 6'2" wide, 14" deep and 6' tall. R-B1905 This item has sold.
