Pair of Colored French Engravings, Bernard

This utterly charming pair of antique French engravings depicts "Fabricant des Vernis," or varnish making. Hand colored, the prints have some discoloration or foxing and creases. The double matting and frames (note chip in one corner) are probably 40 years old.
The prints look like they are over 200 years old, but we didn't take them out of the frames to examine them. The visible engravings are 10" x 14" and the overall size is 20" x 24."
