This solid quartersawn oak oval dining table with gate legs and drop leaves has exceptional English country manor design. There is a large silverware drawer on each side, and the fine quartersawn grain is enhanced by a satiny rich brown finish in superb condition.
Gatelegs swing out to support the large drop leaves, and this antique furniture is totally solid, dating from about 1910.
This classic table would be wonderful to serve a buffet dinner, possibly with one leaf up or against a wall, if space is limited. When open, dimensions are 6 1/2' long, 4'1" wide and 30" tall, closed it is 31" wide, and legroom under the drawers is 24 1/2."
