This incomparable 5'2" Steinway Grand Piano has an art carved walnut case in the Chippendale style. Made in New York in 1936, this musical instrument is in exemplary condition. Sold by Chicago's premier music store, "Lyon and Healy," the glowing finish is superb.
The perfection of touch and resonant tone are what would be expected of America's most famous piano maker. Original ivories have only the minutest flaws, see photos. Legs are carved with the traditional Georgian or Chippendale claw and ball motif. The action and soundboard are in wonderful playing condition.
Dimensions are 5'2" long, 4'9" wide and 38" tall when closed. The compatible bench is included.
