This stately and magnificent set for an important sized dining room includes a fabulous table in polished mahogany, with wide banding of rosewood, ebony and satinwood, resting on carved pedestals with brass feet. Ten hand carved solid mahogany chairs include 2 with arms. The neutral cushions could be easily recovered to match any decor. All pieces are completely solid and in mint condition, the finishes are superb. This set is very new, used only for display and never served a dinner. The table top is a full inch thick and measures 6'2" long when closed, 4' wide, 30" tall, the three 22" leaves extend the table to 11''8" long.
Ten pierced and hand carved chairs are solid mahogany with graceful lines and soft seats, 21" high, that are easily re-covered if desired. Rungs between the legs are for added strength. The two armchairs are 26" wide, 23" deep and 41" tall, the 8 side chairs measure 22" wide, 23" deep and 41" tall.
