Entirely hand made of solid cherry about 1830, this corner cabinet has simple and beautiful lines. The glowing finish is excellent, and the wonderful grain includes golden sapwood at the edges.
Hand-cut square nails and wooden pegs are visible, everything is hand planed, and the insides of the door panels are hand-chamfered.
The warm natural cherry color is especially radiant on this historic furniture, and we were told it is from New England.
Size is 44" across the crown molding, 6'4" tall, and the "radius" or side, from the corner to the outer tip of the crown molding, is 38." B-C1128 This item has sold.
