Carved French Walnut Queen Bed

This French walnut bed was crafted with great attention to detail and has been adapted to queen size. The harmonious design and hand carved Louis XV crest is especially artistic on this antique furniture from about 1900.
The original finish is satiny in a warm brown tone that enhances the diamond matched walnut.
The bed has modern steel rails fitting a standard modern queen mattress and spring as photographed. the original odd-size wooden rails are also included. The headboard is 5' tall, 59" wide and over 2" thick. Bed length is 7'5," and the footboard is 35" tall. There is a scuff on the headboard - see photos.
