Hand-made of solid walnut about 1840, this 2 drawer sewing stand or lamp table has a very fine finish on all sides. It was pulled up to a chair to hold needlework, and has drawers with hand-cut dovetails and chamfered bottoms.
The pedestal is well proportioned and sturdy, and size is 22" wide, 17" deep and 28" tall.
