Victorian Eastlake Walnut Chicago Pump or Reed Organ

    In very good playing condition, this solid walnut pump or reed organ dates from the late Victorian or Eastlake period, about 1890. The original finish appears to have some later varnishing, keys are original.

There is incised "spoon" carving, characteristic of the period, and candle stands to light sheet music. The music desk lifts to reveal storage behind. Signed "Chicago Cottage Organ Co.," size is 4'2" long, 22" deep and 45" tall.  B-O638
