An authentic Victorian bowl and pitcher set includes a mug, hot water pitcher and covered soap dish, decorated with hand-painted roses.
We see no damage or chips to this antique set, other than some "rubbing" or wear to the gold edges, and slight "crazing" or crackling to the glaze. There are tiny scratches, especially on the bowl, as would be expected.
The pieces are signed, "Maddock's Lamberton Works," and date from about 1890. The bowl is 16 1/2" in diameter, the pitcher is 11 1/2" tall, the hot water pitcher is 7 1/2" tall, the mug is 3 1/2" tall and the soap dish is 5 1/2" across.
