Gracefully carved in Italy about 1910, this majestic walnut four-door antique armoire has inlaid satinwood banding.
Dramatic moldings, convex panels and striking hand-carved details are characteristic of palazzo furniture from the Piedmont region around Milan. The original finish is superb, and this antique disassembles for moving.
Side panels are raised and brasses are original. The interior is mostly empty, and has a few drawers and closet poles - it could be configured as desired for many purposes. Measurements are 6'4" wide, 2' deep and 7'9" tall.
