An authentic musical manuscript is hand painted on both sides of genuine sheep-skin vellum, dating from the 1600's or possibly earlier. The Contrapuntal Neumatic notation dates this antique music, both sides are painted with Latin script and decorative letters. The reversible modern frame has plexiglass on both sides, note stains in photograph. Vellum measurements are 17" x 25," and the frame is 21" x 29."
