Victorian Eastlake 1885 Oak Fireplace Mantel

    Solid quarter sawn oak with a beautiful finish, this late Victorian or Eastlake fireplace mantel has deep moldings and "spoon" or chip carving.

An American architectural antique from about 1885, the mantel shelf is a full 1 1/4" thick. Dimensions are 5' long, 10" deep, 44" tall, The fire opening is 38" wide and 29" tall, and could be enlarged a bit.
