Truly a picturesque American antique, this country pine armoire or wardrobe was hand-crafted by a skilled carpenter about 1860. It has square nails, pegged doors and hand-planed planks.

The finish has exceptionally wonderful patina, and the tone is a warm, reddish brown. Very rugged furniture, there is an upper original shelf plus later lower shelves that are removable. A closet pole could be installed, if desired.

Large drawers have beautiful hand-cut dovetails, and dimensions are 51" wide, 22" deep, 6' 5 1/2" tall, and the interior is 18" deep.
