A magnificent Renaissance style Italian china or bookcase is solid walnut. The black marble top and deeply carved glass door add even more finesse to this wonderful cabinet.
The original finish is excellent, and heavy weight bronze hardware is original. Interior shelves are adjustable, side panels are raised and there are shaped columns at all corners.
Classical motifs are richly carved in high relief, and deep moldings give this 1920's furniture an architectural depth. Exceptional quality and workmanship is evident in every aspect of this spectacular antique.
The marble top has a professional repair, dimensions are 5' wide, 20" deep, 70" tall, and the top of the marble to the floor is 58" high.
