Baker Cherry Secretary Desk, Bookcase Top

Signed by premier American furniture maker, "Baker," this secretary has a lid that flips open to form a writing area. This sweet narrow secretary desk has a gracefully arched top, and is beautifully made of cherry with a flip front banded in burl. The drawers have dovetailed oak sides and original brasses.
There is an engraved "Baker" signature plate. The upper bookcase section has adjustable shelves and the original finish is very fine everywhere with very little wear at all.
Vintage furniture from about 20 years ago, size is 30" wide, 20" deep, 6'9" tall and the writing surface is 29" above the floor.
