This grand set of 6 red leather dining chairs have carved lion paw feet, and the armchairs have lion heads on the arms. Richly carved of golden brown fruitwood, the original finish is in outstanding condition.

Shaded leather is decorated with brass nailheads, there is slight wear and crackling, see photos.

Sound and solid antiques from about 1920, this is an imposing and comfortable set of furniture.

Two armchairs measure 22" wide, 24" deep, and 41" tall - they would also be wonderful as throne or hall chairs. Four side chairs are 19" wide, 22" deep and 45" tall, seats are 19" high.
