An ash and oak chest or dresser dates from the late Victorian Eastlake period about 1895. Three large drawers have dovetailed joinery, and the medium brown finish is excellent.
There are some shrinkage separations between boards, and the top has a smile shaped warp, see photo. Measurements are 42" wide, 19" deep, 34" tall and the top is 31" above the floor.
