Georgian Chippendale Secretary Desk, Bookcase Top

A classic Georgian or Chippendale design secretary desk has a bookcase top. The dropfront opens with automatic supports, inside are tiny drawers, cubicles and "secret" compartments.
Mahogany with a beautiful finish, this desk also has the original brasses. Drawer fronts are gracefully curved, and all four legs are carved in traditional claw and ball style.
Fine American vintage furniture from the 1940's, dimensions are 34" wide, 18" deep, 6'7" tall to the top of the center finial, and the writing surface is 30" above the floor.
