From the historic Biedermeier or Empire period this elegant curio display cabinet or bookcase has classical simplicity.
Entirely original, the beautifully figured and matched fruitwood has glowing warm patina. There are small chips and mars, also shrinkage separations as would be typical.
Wavy glass shimmers in the door, and the carved pearl escutcheon is also intact. Shelves are adjustable on wooden supports.
Size of this 1830's serene and elegant antique furniture is 35" wide, 16" deep and 5'4" tall.
