Country Pine Antique Tool Box or Chest, Lift Lid

Expertly hand-made of pine about 1900, this country tool box or chest has storage under the lift lid. Worn gray paint on all four sides has lots of character - mars and dings from a century's use by a carpenter.


There is a working lock and key for the lid. Corners have exposed mortise joints and original iron hardware, including side handles for carrying. Measurements are 31" wide, 20" deep and 26 1/2" tall.
